I visited them in Jhajjar and they explained to me the whole process of making ghee from Dahi using Bilona, its very difficult to get pure ghee these days, Pratapgarh really surprised me. They made makhhan in an earthen pot in front of visitors. Completely hygienic, transparent and desi process.
